Refund and Exchange Policy
We warrant the quality of our physical products. However, if you receive a book that is faulty or not as it should be, we will happily exchange it.
Our refund and returns policy on books lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange (or refund if deemed necessary), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will make contact you via email to confirm:
receipt of your returned item
a decision whether to approve or reject a refund
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within thirty days
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet after 30 days, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and bank. There is often some time before your refund is officially processed and reflected

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or not as they should be. Books which have been used or damaged by the purchaser, will not be exchanged. However, if you need to exchange an unused book for the same item, send us an email at drhesseven@gmail.com
Shipping returns
Make contact via email at drhesseven@gmail.com to arrange shipping instructions should you wish to return a book.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your book. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund.
Depending on where you live in Australia, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning multiple items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only partial refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
Items with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
